This weeks recipe is a make at home pizza and chips that is low in kilojoules but high on taste and nutrition. The trick to making food healthier is to add fibre and flavour whilst keeping the fat content low. A make a home pizza is healthier, tastier and cheaper than the take away version, and I really enjoy the process of putting it all together.
