Cookbook Review: Donna Hay – Salads and Vegetables

The Australian Dietary Guidelines recommends 5 serves of vegetables and 2 serves of fruit everyday for good health.

Sometimes vegetables and salads can get boring, plain and just unexciting. It can be really hard to have the recommended 5 servings when they appear so uninspiring.

In her cookbook, Salads and Vegetables, Donna Hay gives great tips and advice for picking, storing, preparing and cooking vegetables with heaps of recipes that turn boring and plain into exciting and delicious. She manages to turn everyday vegetables into these exciting meals, entree’s and side dishes that are extremely simple to prepare but taste absolutely amazing!

Totally recommend it!
