In her cookbook, Salads and Vegetables, Donna Hay gives great tips and advice for picking, storing, preparing and cooking vegetables with heaps of recipes that turn boring and plain into exciting and delicious. She manages to turn everyday vegetables into these exciting meals, entree’s and side dishes that are extremely simple to prepare but taste absolutely amazing!
